  As a long time Jimmy John's customer and entering my phone number faithfully I am very disappointed to find out at the register that I couldn't redeem 1200 points for my FREE sandwich. "THAT YOU CAN ONLY REDEEM ON A ON-LINE ORDER ONLY" Really Jimmy Johns! You have brick and mortar stores Right!!?? So why PUNISH THE CUSTOMER that wants to "dine in" your restaurant??? Are you looking to phase out"HUMAN" CUSTOMER relations?? I have to say your Associates Candy and Mary are the 2 HUMANS that kept myself and my husband from walking out! Candy applied US actual customer appreciation to the point we did eat dinner happily at this location. Jimmy John's with the new AGE OF APPS and Customer 👉 Points to earn free food you are DELETING yourself out of the fast food world. Who offers APP FREE FOOD REWARDS that you can eat IN RESTAURANT are just to name a few Applebee's, Chili's, Qdoba, Coopers Hawk, Corner grind Coffee, Panera, Wendy's, Dairy Queen, Jersey Mike's.... So since you look at the bottom line, you want to stay in the Market some RE-CALIBRATION to CUSTOMER Service should be evaluated. See ya!

  DO NOT COME HERE. Vouch for a different Jimmy John’s terrible service I have yet to write a complaint on them but I will.

  Last night placed an order through the app at 7:50 go to pick up food at 8:12 and door is locked. Waited a few min and see an orange haired guy come out of the back swear and rip the order slip off printer and throw it in the garbage and went back to the back. Worst part is we used our points to get some of the order and now they are just gone!

  multiple times in a row delivery over an hour +, we are around the corner , i call the store no one picks up. all toasted subs cold will never order again
