  It’s probably not the workers fault, but this is the worst run JJs around. Avoid it if you can.

  Every time I come my order isn't right. It's just simple things like missing items like brownies that should be in the bag for pickup. When your at work on your break you didn't want to have to drive back waste your whole lunch break.

  I was the only customer inside the store and they made me wait till they made 7 sandwiches for somebody not in the store and they had to cut them in half.I barely had any lunch time left to actually eat what I ordered. Had I seen 7 customers in line I would not have ordered. This isnt freaky fast its freaky frustrating.They shouldn't make walkins wait so long.If somebody makes a large order they should expect it to take some time and meanwhile they can worl until it gets there.

  I ordered a unwich gargantuan with Jimmy peppers on the fly. 1st of it was the smallest Gargantuan I've ever gotten. 2nd it was wrapped terribly, there was more meat on the outside than lettuce. 3rd there wasn't a single condiment of any kind on the sandwich it was literally meat cheese and lettuce. 4th the lady that I talked with when I called in to complain refused to do anything to rectify it accept give me a side of jimmy peppers if I drove back. I will say this is not a blemish on all Jimmy John's just this location. Worst experience ever.

  My experience with this Jimmy John's has always been spectacular! Unfortunately recently my delivery was delivered to the wrong address. Jonathon (sp) took care of everything. I am so grateful! Thank you for such great customer service!
