- CRchelzea rodriguezJun 22, 20241.0I was asked to hold on as soon as I walked in and the lady never came back to the register. She ended up telling the younger girl at the drive thru to come to the register because she was visibly on her phone. The young girl took our orders and the gentleman started preparing the banana split I ordered and both girls went back to drive thru and sat on their phones while I was still waiting for two iced coffees. Once I asked who would be preparing my drinks they looked at the guy who was clearly busy already making my ice cream order. Then without saying anything she just made them and placed them on the counter and walked back to the empty drive thru. The guy gave me my ice cream made sure I didn’t need anything else and stayed put until I let him know I was all set. I don’t know who is running the store but for three people to be behind the counter I’m not sure why they stood around expecting the one who was the busiest to do everything.
