On my last visit, I let the staff member at the window know that my order was wrong, even though I’ve ordered the same item many times at other Dunkin’ locations without any issue. Then another employee inside started yelling toward the window, insisting my order was “right” and that I just didn’t know what I ordered. It was unprofessional and unnecessary. At this point, I don’t plan to return. It’s frustrating because I kept hoping things would improve, but poor service seems to be the norm here. I honestly wonder where management is at this location.
- KOKim OrlandoOct 28, 20255.0I stopped in here on Thursday October 23, 2025 with 2 bus loads of students from Bartlett High School Special Education classes. There were 30 of us! The 5 staff members in the store were super courteous and kind to all of our students. Most needing help with paying, waiting for their change etc. We were all served within 10-15 minutes and then enjoyed our drinks and food in the clean restaurant. Shout out to Karina, Viridiana, Max, Izzy & Lupita! We Thank You so much for a great experience.
