I arrive to the store to pick up (as this isnt my first time) and the store is closed. I am disappointed that I wasn't told that it was going to be closed so I could have planned ordering for another day.

They are always helpful and allow you to sample the flavors they have to choose from. This location has a great selection of flavors and even offers a couple of dairy free flavors as well.
- JRJamie ReynoldsAug 24, 20181.0It took forever to get ice cream because the girl didn't know what went in banana Royal and couldn't bring herself to look at the recipe book right beside her and kept asking me what else I wanted on it. Then I said no whip cream and she proceeded to squirt it all over my ice cream and I'm saying no stop I said no whip cream and she just grabs a spoon and rakes it off before handing me the mess. Not to mention it's a 3 scoop ice cream and I got two. I didn't bother saying anything because it took 15 minutes to get that much done. Ended up with a cut up banana with 2 scoops of mint chocolate chip and a little chocolate.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
