Your paying for a cup of ice.. way too much ice. I will never get one from there again! I called and they said that is there norm.

I pay so much for the bagel n cream cheese also and it is old you can tell and smallest amount of cream cheese ever! Stingy. What happened to quality in dunkin??? Manager needs to be fired!!

This was honestly next level. The best way I can describe it is that it tasted like chemicals...almost like the coffee was brewed with pool water. Hopefully this was a one off! I am giving three stars for service, because they were not rude, at least!
