  Ordered pizza by phone. Tols 20 minutes. Walked in 21 minutes later pizza not even started to be made. Cancelled the order.

  I always order tons of goodies..ever since they got there so called pan pizza...I've ordered 2 of them and there both garbage...uncooked and my 24 wings were cold ordered last night..you'll get no more of my business I'll pay more for rosatis and so forth..I tried 2 slices had to heat them up.in microwave..same with the wings..goodbye papa John's

  Placed order arrived when it said be ready was not ready. Told to wait 20 minutes. Set out in my car came back in. Was told they haven’t even started my order. I would have to wait another 20 minutes. Terrible terrible experience. Do not use this location contacted corporate, terrible customer service at corporate.

  Take out pizza! Tried their new pan pizza advertised. Added extra mushrooms and onions, expected more than what I got. The Parmesan crust was great. Nothing "wrong" with it, I guess I'm a thin crust kinda gal.
