I waited and waited, only to get handed an order that was completely wrong. Not even close to what I asked for. When I politely pointed it out, instead of fixing the issue or offering a basic apology, I was met with rude attitudes and eye rolls like I was the problem for expecting the food I actually ordered. No one seemed to care. The workers were clearly just there to stand around and do the bare minimum. Lazy, unprofessional, and totally checked out. What really got me was the complete lack of customer service. Not a single person apologized for the wait, the mistake, or the inconvenience. No one tried to make it right. Just a bunch of annoyed looks and half-hearted responses like they couldn’t be bothered. For a first-time customer, this was beyond disappointing. I get that things can go wrong sometimes, but the way the staff handled it was unacceptable. If this is how they treat customers, I honestly don’t know how this place stays open. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. There are plenty of other places to eat that at least pretend to care about doing their jobs.
