  Received cold food and part of my order was incorrect. You should contact customers and the internet if you are out of products so the guest are not angry. ANSWER YOUR PHONES FOR COMPLAINTS.I brought the food back to the location the next day and did receive a refund and was pleased by a rotation manager who took care of my issue properly. For this reason I will continue to shop at this location.

  These people could not care less about their customers. I ordered delivery and they gave me the wrong food. I called the store 10 times to try to get them to fix it. Nobody answered the phone. I drove into the store and they admitted they heard the phone ringing and chose not to answer it. They then remade the whole order even though only part of it was wrong and then refused to refund the delivery fee, even though I had to come into the store to get my food. They were rude and uninterested in fixing their own mistakes. I will never order from the store again.

  Order at the pizza on Lewis a day ealier and after a 3rd party took my personal information I couldn't even get an invoice emailed to make sure my order will be ready for carryout next day and when connected to Pizza Hut after being disconnected and hung up 6 times and keep explaining the reasons of my calling everytime before I got finally connected to a general store Manger Mr. Wells. Mr. Wells told me the only way he could give me and invoice was by me going in person and that he doesn't have nothing to do with the 3rd party ordering the Pizza far them. I said no, and canceled the order is a shame because is a place I like my Pizza from.. ik there is other Pizza hut in Waukegan. For one desicion not all would pay. Sincerely A loyal customer..   This Pizza Hut has BEEN UNSANITARY for a VERY LONG TIME NOW!!!! Whoever the OWNER is Needs to Clean and Restoration this place! Just got Lighting all around it NOW do the inside! I think the Health Dept need to Seriously go Inspect this place!!!!!

  I had an issue with an order. I was contacted back quickly. My issue was resolved to my satisfaction. David, the manager, was really helpful. And plan to order again soon
