Now for some that may not seem like a big deal, but it seems like they pick particular people to deliver to, and others they make come up to the counter. The easiest way I can put this is I feel I'm being discriminated against.. it should be they always bring it to your table, or they turn that part of the app off.. and I know you're going to respond please go to the survey website so it can be investigated. I have done that two or three times, and have never been contacted.

All I ordered was a Happy Meal for my 5-year-old daughter and simply asked if her fountain drink could be switched to a water instead of soda. The staff insisted on charging me for a bottled water, even though they’ve given us water in a cup before. When I got frustrated trying to explain that, they refused us service altogether — they wouldn’t even give food to a 5-year-old. It’s ridiculous that my daughter had to miss out on her meal just for wanting to make a healthier choice. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. Worst part of all is that the manager refused to speak to me on the matter. ? Whats the point of being a manager?!
