The guy who works in the afternoon I was there at like 4pm. I always use my points because I use my app to order and he told me my points wasn’t working and I paid for my drink. The same day I went to the other store in Belvidere my points works for that drinks. He has no idea with all of this I don’t know how they do their costumer service. You have know everything and be patient.
