Like hellooooo use the 2 windows instead of making everyone pull forward. It takes soo much longer for the employee to run outside to the car, maybe use the 1st window for normal orders and the second one for orders that take longer. Duh! Instead you guys just pretend that 1st window doesn't exist. Common sense!
