  Saundra the general was working the The register she has a very, very, very bad attitude. She greeted every white customer that came in before me didn’t speak to me for no reason at all. I had to cancel my order because I placed it 40 minutes before I got there and she has an attitude because they’re backed up, which is not my problem. I’m the customer I paid. I have no more time on my lunch. Break to wait for this order. She has a very bad attitude. They should definitely Look into getting a new general manager My fault your staff didn’t show up

  Me and my bf were waiting for a FAT MIN before we got our order taken and on top of that when it did come we couldn’t even get our check…also the food was mid like I wish my chicken sandwich wasn’t two buns and a patty like I wish it had lettuce and tomato. Waitress didn’t offer any discounts or comps for the wait at all we’ve been here for like over 2 hours

  The food is good, but the service is poor. I am not blaming the employees, they are amazing, but it always feels understaffed. They need to address this quickly before things get worse.

  My roommate and I recently went to this buffalo wild wings. We ordered two orders of wings, fries, and wedges. It took over an hour to receive our food, despite it not being very busy. When we got the food it was cold and unappetizing. Unfortunately not a great experience.
