I’m talking about the regular green and red sauce I asked on the side so my burrito wouldn’t get soggy. He decided to charge me for it when those toppings are part of the price of the burrito I’m literally in disbelief I go to Chipotle often shame on you karma is real

Then, when you ask for extra, they happily add it to your bill as if it’s something special, when in reality it should have been a normal portion from the start. I’ve been to many restaurants, and this is by far one of the worst in terms of value for money. You end up paying much more than expected and still leave unsatisfied. Feels like a complete rip-off. Would not recommend at all.

Our total came out to $30 for two, mostly from extras we didn’t realize would add up so quickly. Additionally, our food was bagged automatically even though we intended to dine in, which made us feel a bit rushed. A little more attention to the dine-in experience would go a long way.
