I won't blame the waitress because she was the only one working the floor so that goes on management for only scheduling one person. However, the food took way too long and it wasn't even hot, it was warm when it came out. Pretty much the usual from the Waukegan Buffalo Wild Wings.

As someone who is not a drinker, having a drink made to perfection is such an amazing treat! Ms. Alexandra had only made the drink twice before, still attempted to at least try & make it for me and she managed to remake it even better than the first time I had it... Super rare customer care experience and I would definitely recommend checking Ms. Alexandra out at the bar, tip her well and ask for a Mudslide 🫶🏼
