- OHOlivia Hernandez1 day ago1.0placed a call today 4/12 to try and order some pizzas and the girl who answered the phone was miserable. terrible customer service and literally hung up on me mid sentence. It’s unfortunate because we order from this rosatis frequently, but unless she’s gone.. i’ll take my business else where.

When calling back to finish placing our order, they picked up the phone and hung up immediately. This happened back in November. I had written them off and didn’t want to leave a bad review on a local business but more recently a guest of ours tried to order 2 pizzas to be delivered and they hung up on her as well. I hope they treat the rest of their customers better than they’ve treated us. I personally will never be ordering from this location again.

The women that answered the phone said her name was lexy, she was very helpful with prices and nice enough to tell me if I come Wednesday I can get 25% off on deep dish pizza i had ordered. Very nice lady, along with others I don't think anyone was ever rude, stressed or didn't show good service while I was there. Probably my favorite pizza shop around
