  Third time in a row I get an order and things are missing! no drink, missing chips! NO napkins (annoying) I request my sandwiches to be cut in half, they NEVER are cut!? Why give the option if you never do it! I give names they aren’t written on it …. Paying $40 for 3 sandwiches….all ya get is missing itemS and just get plain ignored for $40

  I had a great experience at Jimmy John’s. The sandwich was fresh, flavorful, and made exactly how I wanted it. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. On top of that, the service was awesome—Mike and Ella were both super friendly, quick, and made the whole visit even better. They kept things moving fast while still being welcoming. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had there, and I’ll for sure be coming back!
