  I tried the DriveUp & Go yesterday for the first time for the $25 off clipped coupon offer. It was a little frustrating for me as I started getting so many texts that items were not available, some items replaced ended up being more expensive. Jessica brought my groceries out to my car. She was wonderful, very friendly and went above and beyond. After I returned home, I realized that some items were not as they should have been. I called the store and Connor made EVERYTHING right for me. In the future, I will stick to shopping inside the store, my preference. I have never had a bad experience that way. As long as I purchase items that I clip, I do save money. I have always found the entire staff very friendly, they always go above and beyond to accommodate customers' needs.   I had a really great experience shopping at Jewel-Osco, and I honestly recommend this store to anyone who wants a clean, friendly, and well-organized place to shop. The first thing I always notice when I walk in is how neat and easy everything is to find. The aisles are clearly labeled, the shelves are well stocked, and it never feels messy or stressful trying to look for what I need. What really stands out the most to me is how wonderful the prices and products are. Jewel-Osco has so many good deals, and I always feel like I’m getting great value for my money. Their weekly sales and discounts make it easy to save, especially on everyday items like snacks, drinks, pantry food, and household products. I also really like how there are different options for every budget, so whether you’re buying name brands or store brands, you can still find good quality at a fair price. The product selection is amazing. The produce section always looks fresh and colorful, and I can usually find exactly what I need for fruits and vegetables. The bakery is another favorite because everything looks fresh and smells so good when you walk by. They also have a wide variety of frozen foods, drinks, and ready-to-eat items, which is super convenient when you’re in a hurry or just want something quick and easy. The staff at Jewel-Osco are also very kind and helpful. Whenever I need help finding something or have a question, the employees are polite and willing to help without making you feel rushed. The checkout process is smooth, and the cashiers are friendly, which makes the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable. I also really appreciate how clean and organized the store is. The floors, shelves, and checkout areas are always well maintained, and it makes shopping feel more enjoyable and relaxed. The overall ambiance of the store is nice and calm, which makes it a good place to take your time and actually enjoy shopping instead of feeling overwhelmed. Overall, Jewel-Osco is a store I truly enjoy going to. The prices are wonderful, the products are high quality, and the variety is excellent. On top of that, the customer service and clean environment make the experience even better. I will definitely continue shopping here and would absolutely recommend Jewel-Osco to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and pleasant grocery store.

  Clean, well stocked store. The deli has gotten much better at keeping the soup area clean and fresh. I like the soup choices. Deli is friendly.

  I've had my last straw with this Jewel. Their drive up and go is the worst. Almost every order I've placed since moving here (about 5) has been wrong or delayed. Missing items, completely wrong items, and now an order over 3 hours late and they tell me I can no longer pick it up same day. Had I known they were going to be this backed up I would have had time to go in but there was zero communication. When we do shop inside they are always low on inventory, bad produce, or slow service and the digital coupons don't always work so we end up paying more than if we used the drive up and go services. I'm done with Jewel and will be shopping elsewhere from now on.
