Waited 15 minutes in the drive through line to pick up my mobile order and was told at the window after receiving my drinks to pull to the front of the store, there was already a car waiting so I could only pull into a parking spot directly in front of the store. After about 15 minutes of patiently waiting and seeing multiple cars leave the drive through and at least 5 other cars who were told to pull over and wait for their food drive get their items and drive away, I had a feeling that they gave my food to someone else or forgot about me so I went inside and then was told “we’re making it now” twice. Waited over 40 minutes in total for a “fast food” order I placed on the mobile app. No explanation, just an apology. An apology doesn’t make up for all of the money I’m out from the items you’ve not given me in orders over the past 5 years, an apology doesn’t make up for the countless hours of my life I’ve wasted waiting patiently at your business to give you my money. We will take our daily business elsewhere.

There is a kind man who greets me with a smile and such happiness in the mornings. He always makes sure that the customers are fully satisfied Going to work in a good mood is great, and it’s all thanks to him. Shoutout to some amazing changes!
