  One of the worst locations. Staff is rude. Staff do not listen. I stopped going to this location over a year ago, kept getting order wrong. Figured I would try again out of convenience. That was a mistake. Travel up 12 to the Dunkin in volo. Far better experience

  Pésimo servicio 😡 pasas enfrente y te tardan mucho para dar la orden y todavía esperan que uno esté ahí esperando con una sonrisa si vas a comprar no a pedir regalado las personas que estan ahí en ves de apurarse aser la orden están platica y platica prefiero ir a otro lugar aunque sea más caro y que me den un buen servicio

  Does not know how to make a vanilla iced coffee with half and half/creamer. Gave us black coffees and when asked if half and half or cream was added the employee said yes and continued to hand us the drinks. Huge lack of customer service and “barista” knowledge here. Avoid this location at all costs. Don’t waste your money or time here.

  I asked for a Caramel Macchiato it tasted like burnt coffee, I brought it up to the desk asked for another one, gave me another one with no improvement. I gave it back to him saying I think your coffee is burnt or old, he didn't offer to give me another one nor did he ask to refund me. I don't go there often but I can tell you for sure, I won't go there again.
