  Terrible. Employee didn’t know what a scanner is. Order completely screwed up too. This was the final straw for me. Y’all are screwed when Starbucks gets here. Sell the business to someone mine who cares!

  Duncan Wauconda IL staff are awful. Stood at counter without anyone taking my order, while some prepared food and others were surfing on their phones. After a long wait, got in car to go thru drivethru to actually get order made. Told an item I ordered was discontinued even tho it’s still on the electronic drivethru menu. Told one price when it was a different price. Then gave me a blank stare when I told them I had been inside trying to order. Need complete reset of staff or training on customer service.

  I cannot recommend this location. The coffee is consistently poorly made—sometimes it has no sugar, other times no creamer, and the quality is always inconsistent. Additionally, the hot food is often served cold. Overall, the experience is repeatedly disappointing.

  Gave me a cup full of ice instead of an actual drink, and paid 22 dollars for a burnt croissant as well. Unacceptable.

  Have been going here just about daily for years and have always been understanding of the long waits and numerous times that I have been given the wrong items and/or items for less money than what I ordered since items constantly seem to be out of stock but today will be my last time spending money here. Waited 15 minutes in the drive through line to pick up my mobile order and was told at the window after receiving my drinks to pull to the front of the store, there was already a car waiting so I could only pull into a parking spot directly in front of the store. After about 15 minutes of patiently waiting and seeing multiple cars leave the drive through and at least 5 other cars who were told to pull over and wait for their food drive get their items and drive away, I had a feeling that they gave my food to someone else or forgot about me so I went inside and then was told “we’re making it now” twice. Waited over 40 minutes in total for a “fast food” order I placed on the mobile app. No explanation, just an apology. An apology doesn’t make up for all of the money I’m out from the items you’ve not given me in orders over the past 5 years, an apology doesn’t make up for the countless hours of my life I’ve wasted waiting patiently at your business to give you my money. We will take our daily business elsewhere.
