  Ordered at drive thru. The order on the screen was wrong. I informed the employee it was incorrect. Was told it would be right at the window. It wasn’t. Was told to pull around to complete the order. Waited 15 minutes longer behind one car. The employee was polite. Brought the food home and the quesadilla was one good bite the rest was chicken-less. There was no sauce in the bag. Grilled cheese burrito w steak was really good, will admit! Overall, if you’re short on staff, announce it at the speaker to set the right expectations. And confirm the order when the customer tells you the screen is not correct to avoid negative reviews in the future.

  It was chaos At 6:20pm 09/12/2025 Everyone paid for their food, and the kids managing the windows were pulling everyone up to parking spots there were no empty parking spots in the front facing 24 . A girl was bringing food out , handed it to us. Come to find out it was not ours . So we are walking from car to car helping to find the customers. And it was literally no ones. Well at that point of trying to find the right customer I took it in. Looking for my order , and then they finally hand me a bag at like 6:36 so 16 minutes go by and then a old man came in for his food he has been waiting on for the last 30 minutes or longer was a few tacos like 2 the gave him his order it was wrong, and they refused to remake his food. He said the manager told him he will have to pay to remake it. He was LIVID. stated me would never return again . 2 girls waiting for JUST DRINKS !!!!! A Midnight Baja blast that they don't sell anymore ..... They were there like 40 min before me just WAITING.... And then, I looked through my bag while I was waiting and seen 2 tacos that I didn't order. The person who took my order input the wrong stacker . I just wanted stackers and at that point I didn't even look at the screen to clarify what he input. I was hungry tired and ready to get me my taco bell my kids fed . But anyways. Told him these are not it. I wanted stackers. He said his manager said that I have to pay the difference for them I questioned that bc they were on the menu as the same price. I told him I didn't want those tacos . And idk what he did with the ones I returned So he leaves me standing there no one talking to me people pouring in from the street where they were parked all mad hangry and irritated bc this has never happened. He said so are you going to pay for the stackers. I said no, they are the same price , you guys input my order wrong and I want my Stackers I paid for , I gave you the two double stacked tacos I do have the proof of the purchase. HE TRIED THROWING MY RECEIPT AWAY. He said "Do you want me to tell her that" , (I'm assuming the manager at this point ) . I said um yes , I paid for this , that's the same price. Then another lady waiting that was one minute behind me in her order was waiting on 3 things And they didn't get her food out until after I started walking out at 6:50 pm 30 minutes, to be treated like customers are not valued, complete chaos, manager hiding in the back not coming out to explain anything on what was going on. It was by far the worst customer service yet. Let me tell you . I love taco bell. But after today a lot of the customers are probably not going to return simply because of this crazy chaotic mess. AND NOT COMMUNICATING ANYTHING. I do feel bad for the boy in the front because he was stressed and very very overwhelmed. And the manager was having him run around making all the customers mad . When it's not his fault . It's who runs it.

  My sister and I had ordered our food and it took them 30 minutes to get it to us. When we had finally gotten our food, they did not give us our drinks. We waited at the front for 25-ish minutes waiting for someone to help us. While we were waiting, many other customers were coming in to complain about getting the wrong items, getting someone else’s order, or getting one item when they had ordered multiple. The workers would look over at my sister and I, then would just look away. This one customer had been waiting for her two tacos for over 30 minutes and when she came up to the front a second time, the workers had ignored her. Once my sister and I had gotten help, they proceeded to tell us they were out of the Midnight Baja blast and we had to get a different drink. We ordered our food at the kiosk and it did not state it was out of order or just not sold there anymore. My sister and I were at taco-bell for almost an hour just waiting for food (that ended up being cold) and for our drinks. This was a waste of my time and money, and other peoples time and money.
