They consistently will put your orders to the back of the que. Furthermore, they won't even start it sometimes until you've arrived. This is a 30+ minute wait. It's your money, choose your time wisely. The front-of-house staff member, Marie, has openly voiced concerns regarding the allocation of DoorDash orders despite having three drivers on schedule. If this is indicative of how your front-facing personnel interact with a partnered business, a review of their role as a front desk host may be warranted. Furthermore, considering the already extended wait times at this Pizza Hut location, it would be unfortunate if DoorDash drivers ceased fulfilling orders on nights when pizza huts drivers are unavailable. We know which nights you do not have drivers. We are not stupid. I will personally be adding this store to my dispute list to avoid future order pickups.
