  Besides the food being made perfectly and the delivery being quick, I also ordered a sandwich for delivery and ordered extra turkey to just put on the side for our cats. They put plenty of extra turkey on the side for them and wrapped it up special. So I just want to say thank you very much to the crew that saw the note and took the time to do that! Our cats loved it so much.

  Jimmy John’s has been my hyper fixation food for the past few weeks so I usually place an order once a week. Tonight they made my sandwich entirely wrong (I couldn’t even tell what some of the toppings were) and it was a soggy mess. I called and informed them my sandwich was wrong. They did send the corrected sandwich, however for some reason they felt it was appropriate to just deliver the sandwich in the sandwich wrap (sans bag) on my porch. Guess my weekly order will be going to the East Peoria Jimmy John’s now.

  Staff is always super friendly and always goes the extra mile to do stuff for my daughter with food allergies
