  Jimmy John’s has been my hyper fixation food for the past few weeks so I usually place an order once a week. Tonight they made my sandwich entirely wrong (I couldn’t even tell what some of the toppings were) and it was a soggy mess. I called and informed them my sandwich was wrong. They did send the corrected sandwich, however for some reason they felt it was appropriate to just deliver the sandwich in the sandwich wrap (sans bag) on my porch. Guess my weekly order will be going to the East Peoria Jimmy John’s now.

  Wish i could give 0 stars. I rarely order from this store due to the long wait times. As of now, I am going on almost 2 hours of waiting. This wouldn't be an issue if it was an isolated incident, but this is the third time in a row we have waited 1+ hours for a delivery. They act irritated and like you bothered them if you call and complain. Guess I am just out my money my lunch break is over now.

  If I could give the Washington IL location no stars, I would. This location needs a serious lesson on sanitation and keeping up with health codes. I've ordered several times from them and one time there was eye lashes in my sandwich, the next a super long hair in between the meat. I called and they didn't seem to care and did nothing about it. Even had the nerve to ask me what kind of hair it was. I've also had two friends find hairs in their sandwiches. Either have your employees wear their hair up and in hair nets.. or don't be open. Disgusting.
