We had to shift our order around because they were so rude to not just get to the point of what the heck we wanted. Got at the window. Still rude, very short and seemed annoyed they had to work on a rainy Wednesday. Never experienced this before. But, there's a select few people that are just annoyed they have to serve or see people. I'm never going back and will try to just go to the East Peoria location. It's pretty bad when I'm just uncomfortable to go to a certain location. They apparently need more costumer training or something. It literally altered my whole day. They clearly need new or improved training to deal with any costumer service.
