Richard is great. The coupons aren’t always user friendly and he didn’t make me feel bad for taking more time to complete my order. Thank you ! The food is always great and we appreciate yall !!

"Tam", or whatever her name is, is the worst employee y'all have at this establishment. Not only did she overcharge me when I ordered a medium, and she rang me up for a large combo, she only served me a medium cup and medium fry. So your first issue with her is that she is stealing money from customers (which I will be going to AUGsplained and Disgusta, GA Facebook groups about, because I'm sure I'm not the only one she's overcharged and underserved). The second issue is her attitude towards customers because please explain 𝘸𝘩𝘺 I heard her tell a customer, who was hard of hearing; "I already repeated your order, don't piss me off, sir." A THIRD problem is the way she talks to her staff. Because whyyyy is she talking down to her staff in front of customers? I've heard her on several different occasions reprimand her employees in front a line of people.
She's extremely unprofessional, rude, and honestly beginning to drive me away as a customer. If this is how she is in front of customers, I can't imagine what she's like in the back of the restaurant, where we can't hear her.
