  Got the wrong order for the third time. The employees here always seem to be rushing, with very little positive interaction—just “here’s your food, bye.” Really disappointing experience.

  The manager in the green vest this morning not only did not want to correct my order when they made a mistake but she had a very bad attitude. She was very aggressive when I was paying..She was so unprofessional. I ordered a McGriddle using a code and they gave me a hash brown.. Not only that, they charged me 6.00 for a hash brown. I asked her how much was the hash brown twice!! And she ignored me, aggressively gave me my receipt and walked away! The manager in the green vest 3/11/26 I will be reporting her to the owners. She needs to be fired!!

  ⭐ 1 Star – Horrible Service & Missing Food I had a really frustrating experience at this McDonald’s. I went through the drive-thru and they messed up my order, leaving out food that I paid for. On top of that, they didn’t give me a receipt, which already made the situation harder to deal with. When I went inside to let them know I was missing items, the staff was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering them. I calmly explained what was missing, but instead of fixing it, they gave me attitude and never gave me the rest of my food. So I basically paid for food I never received, got no receipt, and was treated disrespectfully the whole time.
