I went through the drive-thru and they messed up my order, leaving out food that I paid for. On top of that, they didn’t give me a receipt, which already made the situation harder to deal with. When I went inside to let them know I was missing items, the staff was extremely rude and acted like I was bothering them. I calmly explained what was missing, but instead of fixing it, they gave me attitude and never gave me the rest of my food. So I basically paid for food I never received, got no receipt, and was treated disrespectfully the whole time.
- MBMaria Rodriguez BrownJan 21, 20261.0Today when I came to pick up my order on the curbside using the mobile app, and after checking in, and waiting for over 15 minutes, I called to inform the store that I was still waiting and a very rude person named Samanta said that I needed to check in, I explained that I already did it, and she keep saying the same thing over and over, accusing me to try to still the order, I show my app to her where it’s says, thanks, we’ll bring your order to the spot number 5, I show her the confirmation email and my bank app with the charge. 45 minutes later, I got in and explained the whole situation to another manager, she gave me my order, please give some training to your employees.
