Awful service at Main Event. We sat there for half an hour with zero greeting, no drinks, nothing. Not a single person checked on us, so we ended up leaving. Definitely not coming back.

I came here for a night out with a friend on 11/15/25 . We were there around 3:30-4p We had a couple of drinks and some food at the bar. I had a chicken flatbread and my friend had fried pickles. My food was ok 6/10 I had a moscow mule it wasn’t strong at all. The bartender was too busy and needed some help. However he should work on his customer service because telling customers he can’t go get condiments because he is busy is unacceptable. He also tried to charge us twice after i made it clear that the receipt was signed because the food was paid for. He balled up the receipt and tossed it aside saying it wasn’t the paid receipt. It kinda irritated me because two receipts don’t print out with signature lines before you pay for anything. Anyway it was also too crowded with kids at this time of day so I definitely will not return on a Saturday. Overall it was decent but im not thrilled about returning

We came in and bought the all access activity pass for bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes and pool with the assumption that it’s unlimited just to find out from the cashier AFTER already buying it that we have to reserve time and there were barely any spots open. They ended up squeezing us for laser tag and gravity but were fully booked for bowling and pool. We also purchased player cards just for half the gaming machines to not work. We went up to the front desk and told them that the machines were still taking our money but not working. They gave us our money back but that did not fix the remaining issue that almost all the machines were not working. (Ex. Injustice machine, air hockey, couple of the race machines like the steering wheel wasn’t working, ski ball, etc.) The lady at the register for the ticket store also did not know how to do her job and kept making confusing faces and apologizing because she did not know what to do. This place is extremely unkept and disappointing.

This definitely have gone downhill! The only place you can find someone is at the Bar. No host for the restaurant, no waiter, no one clean, cups pilled up by the bar counter, tables etc. Took 20 mins for someone to shows up to get a drink if you are not getting anything at the bar. There were 3 people standing at the customer service desk, but none of the were doing anything. 1/4 of the arcade were not working properly. No one at the prize counter. What is going on?

We were there for a company party, we had catered food and were supposed to have an open beverage bar as far as sodas and waters but our bartender disappeared for an hour and one of our own people ended up tending to the drinks for 90% of the party. The food was also brought out 30 minutes late. Other than that it was a great time. We had fun with laser-tag, billiards, and the video games. I really enjoyed showing my young coworkers what an older middle-aged guy can do on the bowling lanes after not bowling for almost 20 years. If you're going with a group, especially a large group, register for activities in advance, especially laser-tag because there's a 20 person maximum per game. Maybe the food and bar issues were a one off, so id be willing to give them another chance next year
