    I ordered two medium coffees and I was incorrectly charged for different items, including a refresher, bringing my total to $13. When I questioned the charge in the drive-through, I noticed that my cups were handed to me without the usual drink stickers, which made it difficult to verify what I was actually charged for. When I asked for my receipt, there was hesitation before it was provided. After confirming the items were rung incorrectly, I requested a refund of the overcharge. The cashier responded dismissively, asking if I “actually cared” about the difference, stated it was “barely a dollar,” and then said “seriously?” when I confirmed I wanted the difference refunded. She ultimately told me she could not refund it. Based on the menu pricing, the overcharge appears closer to $4–$5, not $1. I had to leave to return to work and was unable to continue the interaction, but I am requesting a refund for the incorrect charges and wanted to report the experience, as it was both incredibly frustrating and concerning.

    They used to have good doughnuts before it all became centralized. I had a long-john with barely any frosting. The staff was clueless and not sober

    Tall Person with the long curly hair always giving the customers an awful attitude mention how I pulled up to the window wen I had mention my order several times and this is not the only time it happens she's always seems half a sleep not listening and there's different occasions I just don't understand how they have people like this working somewhere they don't like and I speak for most customers very bad service.
