  We came to eat and everything seemed normal at first. We had our order ready and only ordered two entrées, so we didn’t expect a long wait. However, we ended up waiting about half an hour for our food. When my food finally came, I was extremely disappointed. My wings were very small, especially considering how long we had waited. On top of that, my sister still didn’t have her food. She had to wait another 10 minutes, and by the time her food arrived, I was already done eating. I do want to say that our waiter, Grant, was nice and I didn’t have a bad experience with him. He was polite and did his job well. Overall, the long wait, small portions, and poor timing really ruined the experience. I was very unsatisfied, and this shouldn’t have happened especially with such a small order.

  Couldn't tell you how the food was i sat there for 20 minutes and not a soul came to my table with menus or offer us even water

  Check your to go order when picking up. It is SO disappointing that everytime we pick up from here there are always items missing from our paid order. Why can’t employees just read the line items or use a pen to check off line items if they can’t retain what they’ve already checked? Multiple times, multiple items left out and management only gives you the option for a partial refund or a coupon for the next visit and they never apologize in the regard. An apology goes a long way people! No one seems to want to apologize for their mistakes anymore. This bdubs sucks.

  This was the worst BWW I have ever been to. Brown celery, reheated and tough wings, flat beer and server could not get order correct. Will never return and I travel around multiple states for my job and frequent BWW

  Food took over an hour to get to us after we ordered. By that time it was cold at best. While our server remedied the situation in the moment and sent us home with replacement wings, I discovered a hair in that food. Gross and disappointing.
