  Whenever I order pickup or delivery, something about my order is wrong. Carrots and celery are usually always missing, they use the wrong sauce, etc. I will not be ordering from this location again.

  Went for an early lunch. Wasn’t busy at all. Food never came after an hour and a half with no updates. When we asked for an update their server gave us nothing but attitude. Won’t be back.

  I showed up for an early lunch, around 11:15 for march madness tipoff. I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review but this was so bad I couldn’t let it pass. I ordered before my group of about 10 people came - first off the staff was making a huge deal about moving a chair to accommodate our larger size, one single chair. Nevertheless, I ordered and 1. The people who ordered after me got their food at my table. 2. My food literally never came, and when I asked why my food hasn’t been here when I ordered an hour ago, I was told “it’s our busiest day of the year” as they turned and walked away. There were about 7 tables with people. Now I feel bad for the bartender/server, he did the best he could given the situation, and I even saw him he yelled at for allowing us to pull up a chair to our table. Shoutout to him. However, never show up to this location and I probably will never show up to any location again. 0/5 if I could rate it that, but I have to settle for 1/5

  I've never been to this location, but I never will again. We arrived at 8:38pm They are short staffed even for a Tuesday night. There was one server that was running all over the place, poor thing. Tables that had not been cleaned off for awhile. We requested to sit somewhere else because we were seated next to the window and the fan was overhead, so we were cold. It was about 25 minutes to be moved to another table. We were sitting for 45 minutes and had not received our appetizers. It takes up to 20 minutes for apps on a non busy night. I ordered a Salted Caramel Expresso Martini and it tasted like a chocolate watermelon martini..... no Expresso included. It is now 9:30 and have not received any food items. My party is frustrated and very close to walking out. This is ridiculous. I've been to several BDub locations and by far this is the worst. It feels like a back alley bar that takes its time and doesn't care how you feel. It requested to see the manager because when our order came it was wrong. The quality of the food wasn't good. I think the cooking oil needed to be changed. I got up and looked for the manager and she was very polite and understanding. We drove 40 minutes and stopped here, but never expected this. Laura and Raphael, thank you for taking care of everything. My family appreciates the two of you.
