I pulled in at about 10:15 A.M.(1/2/26) and was the only car in the drive thru. After waiting about 4 minutes an employee came on the.speaker and took my order. 1 large hot chocolate. Following instructions I pulled up to the window and stopped. I saw the employee moving around and delivering items to the front counter. At some point she appeared to begin making my drink but after pouring it she went back to the counter. Another car had pulled up behind me by then. It had been about 8-10 minutes waiting when she finished my drink, took my payment and handed me the drink I moved off to open it and discovered the drinking flap had been pushed into the cup. So I had to stop again and take the cover off to fix it. Finally a drink. But apparently it had sat so long it was barely lukewarm. So do what you like about patronizing this business but the cascade of errors makes a certainty I won’t again.
