  I had ordered my sandwich online and they messed up my order. I drove there in hopes they could remake it and they refused to do anything about it. They kept blaming the driver for grabbing the wrong order but the sandwich had my name on it. The food was made incorrectly it had nothing to do with the driver delivering. Very disrespectful staff and manager did not care whatsoever. Please take your business and money elsewhere.

  The service was great. The staff was very kind and friendly. Kim made my sandwich perfect and was not stingy with the portions. Great overall, highly recommend.

  This subway has friendly staff, I really appreciated how one time I came in not having the best day but their service brighten up my mood and they even gave me a free cookie!

  This subway is the best! These guys really do put a lot of effort into the sandwich’s they make,especially compared to other subways. The ingredients they use also seem to be higher quality or fresher than other locations. On top of that the people who work here are kind and fun to make conversation with and they keep up with their regular customers well. All this combined with the fact the lighthouse mall location this is inside is very retro and friendly with good seating. One of the few ones left you can comfortably sit inside without feeling awkward. Overall I only go to this subway.
