Very upset and disappointed in the customer service especially that of the so-called manager. I placed an order for delivery, and it took an hour with no successful delivery of food. I called Wingstop for help since the app messages tell me to contact them and the manager was not helpful at all and really didn't even seem to understand me. I thankfully was able to reach door dash and they were much more helpful. My advice is never order delivery or ask for help.

As a rideshare delivery driver I came in last night and was told the order would take 7 more mins so I mentioned I would be using the bathroom. A lady cleaning the bathroom came out and when I asked if I could use it she said "no" saying she had just put bleach. When I told her I badly needed to use the bathroom she stated "sorry" (coldly) and that the lobby was closed (though I was inside). I told her I badly needed to go but she refused so I stated I would need to cancel the order and she said "that's fine someone else will pick up the delivery." So I had to cancel the order - I sure hope this lady doesn't treat customers the same (as some reviews described a cut and dry mean person over the phone) and I don't think the staff in general are sensitive to customers with such delays and refusals to grant rideshare drivers the courtesy of using the bathroom while making them wait....I too am in customer service and go out of my way to serve customers and keep good rapport with other service members in the industry...
