I did get the apology, but am a little pissed. Didnt even get napkins.

My son is on the spectrum and will not eat ketchup that does not come in packages. We asked with courtesy and didn’t not expect that response. We also decided to add another item to our original order and she said don’t add nothing else because I don’t want to go back to the screen. Erica do better be better.
