I cannot figure out if the employees do not know how to use it properly or if there are just so many issues with the app. No one cares. No one apologizes. You are on your own. They take the money from your account so if there are issues you have to wait usually 5 days for that money to become available to you. I called corporate twice, left a message and still no reply. I shop online at Target and Walmart too and never have any issues with their app. I like Jewel and have shopped for many years and it keeps getting worse instead of better.
