I once asked for extra ice as it was an iced drink with no ice. They tried to charge me a dollar to put ice in an iced coffee. Fun fact: they are the only DD to charge to put whip cream in a cup for my dog within 50 miles. I don't blame the employees, this as an ownership issue. Stir your drinks before you give them to people. IDK how anyone goes here. There seems to be a DD every other mile on Roosevelt. There is no reason to stop here.
