Visited Jimmy John’s on 325 North Milwaukee Ave on March 2, 2026, and had a really disappointing experience. My husband went in to place our order, we’ve had Jimmy John’s in multiple cities and states, so we’re very familiar with how things usually work.
I simply asked if I could pay extra to add more meat to my sandwich. Before the employee helping us could even respond, another employee from the back started yelling “no, we can’t do that” in a very rude and aggressive way. It was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Even the other staff seemed annoyed by his behavior, but no one stepped in.
What made it worse is that other locations have always been helpful in suggesting ways to customize or add more meat. This experience was the complete opposite.
Totally unacceptable for a place that’s just making sandwiches. That employee seriously needs better customer service training.

I placed an online order and after an hour of waiting I called the restaurant to check on my order. The manager said my order left 7 minutes ago. After waiting for an extra 20 minutes, still nothing. Called the restaurant to cancel my order. I live 8 minutes away from the restaurant. Very disappointed, poor customer service and delivery.
