- HRHarish Raju2 days ago1.0I had a poor pickup experience here. I was the first at the store and there were 3 people after me. I kept waiting and after serving 2 people next to me, they said they just got the order and will work on it. That was insane. I understand the priorities to dine in customers but it doesn't mean just because you did not notice the delivery order in the app, you can say you just got it. Lol.. I was happy to see a Qdoba in the area but the service quality makes me think twice for a return.
- MRMax RosenJan 4, 20263.0Underwhelming. I’m typically a big fan of Qdoba but this new location was somewhat disappointing. For starters, the portion size of my chicken bowl was pretty meager. Lot of rice but not a lot of much else. Maybe that was for the better, because the chicken was definitely undercooked. Not raw, but not fully cooked. Employees were kind but confused - improperly charged our order and took a while to figure out how to correct the transaction. Maybe avoid while this place goes through growing pains and try it after it has gotten its footing.

The bathrooms and seating area was very clean not to mention how kind the staff was to me. I got a quesadilla that was cheese crusted and turned out really good and the cheese was melted well! I also got free chips and queso when I signed up for rewards!

Ryan, the GM, runs a great store and was incredibly welcoming and professional. The associates—Jenny, Joe, and Alex—were all friendly, helpful, and worked together seamlessly to make sure everything was just right. You can really tell they care about customer service. This team made my visit exceptional, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
