For me, that kind of customer service goes a long way! Food was hot, fresh, and made perfectly, and everyone we dealt with was sweet and professional. Even with the little hiccup, this location always delivers. We like this spot and will definitely be back!

Our order contained very simple things that were not in the bag after received and modified items that were not there. We called the “manager” to explain our issue’s and her immediate response was well “I made some of those things so no it’s there” ma’am no. For example, no mozzarella (that’s an obvious substitute on a sandwich) , none of our soups were put in the large bag, the sandwiches also having very little meat on them etc… She refunded the items but it felt like an argument and unprofessional. We will now always go to our home Panera down the road on 60 and not this location. Too many mess ups.
