Outstanding service from start to finish! Ivan was incredibly attentive, fast, and always on point. He was very knowledgeable, made great recommendations, and was genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. Everything ran smoothly thanks to him, and he truly elevated our visit. His energy and positive attitude were incredible! Excellent job!

We had the most amazing experience today at Lazy Dog. Our server Michael was absolutely phenomenal. He was so attentive to not only our needs, but on all the other tables we witnessed he was serving. He genuinely listened to me ramble lol, but never made me feel rushed to end the conversation. To top off our great service, our food was awesome. I had the Cuban sandwich with umami fries, and my husband had the fish and chips. Both were the best we've ever had. I just love this place!

To be fair, this was on a very busy holiday (Valentine's Day). We made a reservation, we checked in 5 minutes before our reserved time, they told us they would text us when our table was ready. After waiting 25 minutes passed our reserved time we asked for an update. They apparently hadn't checked us in properly, so we were told that our table was "given to someone else." We were not seated until almost 40 minutes after our reserved time. Our server was rather curt, tossing things on the table, slamming drinks. When our food was delivered, one item was delivered as a "half order." We were OK with that figuring we were misheard (as long as we were only charged for a half order). Also the photo of the meal on the menu shows two chicken pieces while the plate delivered only had one. However when the bill arrived we were charged full price. At that point we were too tired/disappointed to be bothered to ask for a correction. Would recommend this place just about any other night, but don't go on a holiday.

My wife made reservations for my birthday- we were 10 minutes late- the line was also 10 mins long So the head receptionist wearing stickers on her face - short with black hair- on the heavier side- sorry didn’t get her name- told us we lost our reservation and would have to wait 20 mins. We proceeded to wait for over an hour at that point my wife went and checked on the table and the receptionist was extremely rude to her and said she doesn’t know how but someone just deleted our reservation Pretty long to wait for some average food- my daughter 5 years old was extremely hungry as well., While we waited for no reason since our reservation got deleted. Heard good things about this place - unfortunately not the experience we had.

i came last night and i love the outdoor seating with the fireplace but..the host with the eyebrow piercing was extremely rude. no hello, no greeting, just said "2?" and then "follow me" in the most monotone voice. she set our stuff down and didn't say anything else. i got the 5 grilled cheese and there was so much cheese that it was seeping out of the bread, piles of it was stuck to the plate, it was just a huge glob of a mess. the bread was really hard too. the diet coke was flat. the only good thing i enjoyed was the seating and the fries. bummer, there's no point in coming back
