Was very saddened in out experience tonight. We arrive 15 minutes early of our reservation which requested a seat closest to fireplace. The walk in family of 3 directly in front of us asked for a seat near the fireplace and were seated. Then we were told they could not accommodate our request. My food arrived cold and was sent back. They remad eit but I didnt recieve it until 18 minutes (yes. I set a timer) after my husband finished his food. Our server only checked on us twice the entire 90 minutes we were there. I was almost 1/2 finished with my 2nd piece of chicken on my plate, to find it was pink and bloody. I stopped eating. We asked for a to go box for the rest of my husband's desert and we left. They did comp his desert on the bill. Overall very bad experience and we know not to come during the weekend from the Wisconsin border again.

I repeatedly come here because of the variety of good food and its one of the only restaurants that open late. Their whole menu is filled with unique items and so far I have not gotten anything that's bad. I recommend their grilled cheese with candy bacon and Cajun fries, best value fs. Their drinks are top teir as well don't hesitate to order one. Bison burger(or any burger really), meatloaf and the shrimp pasta are other items I liked from this place. Outside dining area is the coolest hangout spot plus you can bring your dogs!

I love Lazy Dog! Such a good, laidback atmosphere, delicious food, and such a large variety of options on the menu. I had the tofu teriyaki wok bowl, and banana pudding – both were so good. Shoutout to our server, Ozzy, who helped make the experience a great one!!

My wife and I traveled here on a whim, to definitely enjoy our 2nd experience. I got the blackened shrimp tacos, and this is the first time I’ve ever had the beans out perform the rice on its flavor profile. Perfectly crafted, exceptional service and a beautiful atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back

I usually write only positive reviews, however, I felt this experience didn’t live up to most of my 5 star reviews! Not sure of our Server’s name…(She was working Saturday December 13th 1:46PM--3:21PM) She was super sweet and nice but as far as service goes was not attentive at all. Waited so long for our food and the waitress seemed in no hurry whatsoever to give us our bill! We were in a rush and waited for what seemed like forever for our food! The food was pretty delicious for the most part just super overpriced for the small portions that you get! Never received my lemonade refill (specialty flavor) even though I asked for it two separate times and we had to remind our server about the desserts that were included with our meals! Our waitress was far too concerned about other tables to barely ever stop at ours to check in with us or notice we were ready for our bill so we could leave! Almost felt as if we were being ignored & as if she wiped her hands of us entirely, no thank you or anything! She just walked straight to the kitchen to avoid us! We ended up just leaving as we figured we wouldn’t ever receive the refills and knew by the time she came back to our table for us to mention to her that we haven’t received them, we wouldn’t have the time to drink them! I understand not everyone goes above & beyond, but it’s really not that difficult to do a job well! She never apologized or nothing as she clearly forgot and the restaurant wasn’t super busy either! Could understand if she was maybe the only server there but there were plenty others! Very mediocre and disappointing experience overall! Other than that, super cool lodge-y environment! But will most likely not be coming back to this restaurant let alone location! One and done! Too expensive and poor service!
