  I placed an online order and after an hour of waiting I called the restaurant to check on my order. The manager said my order left 7 minutes ago. After waiting for an extra 20 minutes, still nothing. Called the restaurant to cancel my order. I live 8 minutes away from the restaurant. Very disappointed, poor customer service and delivery.

  So 3 months ago, I went into this location . The foods are not bad . The service was awful. This time, the service was better but not by much. The inside of the store was not cleaned . I have no idea what's going on at this location. I've been to other locations. Some locations like Mundelein, Libertyville . I thought those locations were better. I'm not sure if it's the same owner. So yeah .
