  The GM needs to wake up. You had four—maybe five—servers scheduled for the biggest Bears game in 15 years, and they had no chance of keeping up with the crowd. My family and I arrived at 5:00 PM and placed our food order at 6:30. At 8:15, our waitress informed us that our order had been lost. The looks on your staff’s faces said it all—this was not their fault. They were clearly overwhelmed and doing everything they could. I actually apologized to our server because she was genuinely trying to do her job under impossible circumstances. The most unfortunate part was watching multiple groups walk out after ordering food. Ultimately, I had no choice but to leave so I could feed my family. We will not be returning for any big sporting events.

  Placed mobile order at 6:58 pm didn’t get till 11:33 pm. Unbelievable. The place is understaffed the 3 staff working are running around with food it was chaotic. Also, the game bears v packers has been known to happen, BWW should’ve known to have extra staff tonight. This is unacceptable, waiting almost 4 hours for a 6 piece and fries. The manager not in sight at all to ask for my food. Couldn't even cancel my order because DoorDash doesn’t do refunds. Never coming back.

  We are here for the Bears/Packets playoff game. They are understaffed. It took over 2 hours to get a food order. No manager to be seen: people just leaving because they can’t get service. Really poor way to manage this restaurant for a known event. I would have to imagine this will be one of their busiest nights of the year. This is all on the manager / general manger of this location. The corporate office needs to address this. This is completely unacceptable. You knew this game was happening this night and it would be busy. Again the manager / general manager need to held accountable . I’m pretty sure neither one are here tonight. If they are they should be talking to the numerous unhappy patrons. This is not on the staff that was working tonight. Food is even coming out like warm. This is completely unacceptable. Nobody can get service!

  If I could give negative stars I would. I placed a pickup order that was supposed to be ready at 6pm. After waiting for an hour, it’s still not ready. I will never order from here again. Horrible customer service and experience. And unfortunately, this isn’t the first time this has happened.

  Bartender was rude right off the bat. Food was wrong then came out cold. Atmosphere would’ve been better if there was music and we were there way ahead of closing.
