I then yelled loudly Hello. That's when two young people came out from the back and said they were in the office. The young man looked sleep because his eyes were red and the young lady didn't say much of anything. She did ring us up and I stated that I was waiting for over five minutes and they should have someone in the front but she didn't respond. The floors in here are dirty and need to be swept and the tables need to be wipe off, so my question would be why aren't yall doing those things in instead of being in the office sleep. The service that I received in the beginning was horrible however both of the workers stayed out of the office as my kids had ice cream.

So we barely got 1/4 mile down the road when we turned around to get it. By the time we got there it was closed. That store shouldn't have closed and hour and 15 minutes early. I'm disappointed and hope that the workers that served us either learn a lesson or get wrote up.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
