- OKOleksandr O KolomietsApr 14, 20261.0I ordered a coffee in the morning and I expected it to be not hot since I ordered it.I had and it had time to cool down upon my arrival to the restaurant.They literally go and make me a fresh cup of coffee and don't ask me if I wanted room temperature or I wanted boiling hot cup of coffee. Communicate better.

They rung me up for the wrong sandwich when I wanted a plain of the jalapeño ranch and not grilled I said out of my mouth and they gave me a plain sandwich. I then had to go back from my job to exchange the sandwich and the manager told the lady to take my sandwich I pulled out to start eating that I saw was plain completely and throw it in the garbage or hide it. They then continued standing as if me waiting didn’t matter and laughing ignoring me when I was trying to speak to the manager who I then had to ask for. Her tone was extremely rude and she looked extremely rude before I’d raised the camera to her when saying yeah they made the mistake and charged me for the less expensive sandwich so they are only giving me that one and they would let the perfectly fine sandwich I touched on either go to another customer or the garbage when I wasted 10 minutes of my time coming back and am a loyal and faithful customer. Some other customer service policies Need to be in place especially of their workers are this rude and disrespectful. Now I open the sandwich and the sauce isn’t on the sandwich and it’s kind of burnt not at all like the first one. I’m disgusted.

My little one had a sore throat, and the server went out of his way to suggest bringing her hot water with honey, such a small gesture, but it meant so much to us. We were truly blown away by the care and attentiveness. It’s rare to see that level of kindness, and it made our visit extra special. Thank you for going above and beyond!
