  Guys are rude and rush your order. Food came out like crap I guess since I didn’t tolerate their way of service.

  My wife and I were wandering the mall trying to figure out what to eat and decided to try Charleys Cheesesteaks- Best decision ever! I’m surprised to see reviews saying service is bad because ours was EXCELLENT. The staff gave us a sample so we could test how hot one of the sauces was, answered several questions, and made helpful recommendations. My wife ordered the Buffalo Chicken and I went with the Bacon 3- Both were really good. The cheese fries were thick cut, hot, and fresh. One quick note: the flavored lemonades (the mango one, at least) have real fruit chunks. If you’re texture-sensitive that might not be your thing, but I thought it was delicious. Great food and friendly service- We’ll definitely be back!
