  Pizza is always raw and workers never answer the phone . Update I ordered my pizza at 10:00pm it is now 11:32pm and the store still hasn’t delivered my pizza , will not answer the phone and took my money.

  Your delivery order will be super late, through doordash and they will use the excuse that they are busy while giving you attitude. Have no issue with carry out but expect poor service with delivery. Your order will be super late because they will stake orders for one driver.

  I just ordered a large pizza and I check the app to see if it been delivered. It said that it had been delivered but was never at my door. Didn’t hear a knock or nothing. I went outside to see if I can see the pizza delivery Person And the neighbour tells me that the delivery Person went to the other building adjacent to the apartment building I stay in. I’m already pissed off That I have to walk to the other building to get my order But as soon as I get back into my apartment I open the pizza box and one of the slices is missing. I cannot even make this up. I am so mad right now. I called the store to let them know about my order and to see if I can get a new order to replace the one I got. Whoever answered the phone told me that since they Do their deliveries through DoorDash, I will have to personally call DoorDash and talk to them even though To Resolve the matter . Even though I never order from DoorDash, I ordered directly off the website website to order my pizza. The photo that I took is what I got. I normally order from Papa John’s all the time, but this restaurant is the worst. The guy who answered the phone Wasn’t professional or try tohelp me resolve this issue. They didn’t offer To replace this pizza and now I’m just sitting here with this piece of crap that I can’t even eat because I don’t know if it’s even safe for me to Even eat. I would not never order from these people ever again the customer service, Quality, is down right BAD!!!!!!! The staff is unhelpful, and I would not prefer To eat from them, even if there was a given free pizza out. The only reason I’m giving them one star is because I can’t give them no stars.
