  Customer Safety Concern This is not a complaint about the employees. The staff at this location have always been polite when I visit. However, this McDonald’s location frequently has homeless people sitting inside and around the entrance areas for long periods of time. On multiple visits, the doorways have been blocked by people sitting or standing near the entrance and exit. When customers try to leave, some of these individuals become confrontational, asking “what’s the problem?” and using profanity. This creates an uncomfortable and potentially unsafe situation for customers simply trying to enter or exit the restaurant. This has happened repeatedly every time I visit this location. Management and corporate should look into the situation and make sure entrances and exits remain clear so customers can safely come and go.

  Today I ordered four 2 packs of strawberry cream pies.they had a deal which was a 2 pack was supposed to be $1.20 instead of another $2.19 so I thought why not. After the ordered arrived through DoorDash I noticed that half of it was missing.they only gave four instead instead of eight. I mean it was four 2packs which is supposed to be eight in total. How could u get something so simple wrong.

  I would say over all this is an ok mcdonalds but there is this one older guy that works at this mcdonalds. He seems very sweet but he does hand me my cup with at least 3 figures in the cup. He also doesn't know how the scanning /codes in the app works for the deals in app that you can redeem at the resturant. And the only time I get a wrong order is when he is working..
