  I went to redeem my frappe threw my rewards the guy told me that they were about to deep clean the floors during business hours that id have to come back n a half hour or so it's always issues with the Philo rd location from the food being made wrong or did isn't fresh whatever and people have the nerve to get an attitude when you ask for fresh warm food like come on I'll make it myself if you feel better sheesh and I paid for extra drizzle 😂 gotta have extra Carmel any way needless to say I had to wait 2 days for the frappe to be added back to the app and idk if I ever even got the change back for the extra drizzle also I've tried to redeem at their location 2/3xs since but everytime the app says I can't get my frappe during lunch like wth so I gotta get my coffee frappe before bedtime? Idk they have a couple nice employees bout it also one time I went in and told them please just make my order fresh quick they have a well done button for I was very nice left came back another time the girl didn't know I heard her she said in a snotty joking manner make sureeee u make iiiittt fresh n I didn't even say anything about it but I let her know I heard her

  I did been trying to call McDonald so they hung on me up .. that they not done get vegetables and mayo make this dry

  We ordered before they were even close to closing and we got here and the guy working the window told us they were closed till we showed the order number. He told us one second and went and hid and is still hiding at 11:06. We’ve been here over 20 minutes.

  ordered through the app, but your dining room suddenly closed without notice. When that happens, my order gets canceled and I lose access to the deal I used for about 15 minutes. That leaves me standing outside waiting for no reason — especially since the lobby is closed and the only option is the drive-thru. If a customer doesn’t have a car, we’re basically stuck. This is extremely inconvenient and needs to be addressed.
