  I've been here many times. It can be fast, but most of the time it's slow to medium speed. They have a touch screen order entry, and I have been asked to enter my own order because they're too busy. There's no customers in the store, so it seems a lot less like they don't have time to help me and more like they don't want to. I know online orders are a thing, and good for them. I guess an in-person customer doesn't take priority anymore.

  it’s not that bad of a spot if the employees aren’t sucked into their phone enough to completely ignore you walked into the store and are at the counter.

  I come in frequently. I’m never greeted when I come in even though they greet other people who come in after me. The environment is cold. No customer service and it seems like they want you out of their way as soon as possible. If it wasnt so convenient and close to me, I’d leave this location alone for good.

  the girl at the drive thru window kept repeating back the wrong order. i corrected her 3x, still gave me the wrong sandwich. i used up my entire 30min lunch break taking this sandwich back. i wont have time to eat it until i get off work at 12am. i would get a refund, but the last time i did that you guys never sent the $ back to my card. happened on march 14 8pm
